Products have been tested, pulled and cleaned from working systems. Unless otherwise stated, all products are in bulk packaging and not in retail or OEM packaging.

- Tekserve offers a 60-day return period on its products, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- All returns covered under our 60-day return period are subject to the following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Tekserve must accompany all returns.
- Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Returns on products with missing accessories or parts will be accepted only at the discretion of our company and charges may be applied for missing accessories or parts.
- Physically damaged, abused, or misused products are not eligible for returns.
- Shipping, handling, and related fees are not refundable. Shipping costs for returning the product will be paid by the customer.
- Refunds cannot be accepted when the Tekserve serial number and/or any bar code has been tampered with.
- Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that are found non-defective or are unauthorized by Tekserve.
- A 20% restock fee will be charged for parts that were ordered by mistake.
- There will also be a charge to cover our shipping to you for good part returns.
- Defective items will be exchanged or a refund will be issued at our discretion.
- Buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility!
- Pictures are for reference only and may differ from the item you receive.
- Orders are normally processed promptly within 24-48 hours. However, under certain circumstances, there may be some delay.
- Need it fast? Overnight shipping is available on all items.
- Most orders ship via FedEx and UPS, as such, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please enter your correct and complete address to prevent delays in order processing.
- At present we do not accept orders to APO and FPO addresses.
- All shipping rates are provided for the 48 contiguous states. Customers from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us for shipping rates.
- We are not responsible for any Custom Fees, Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes etc.
